CLAXTON: Betty J. Coley, 67, passed away January 5, 2013, after a long illness. The Evans County native was a member of Evergreen Baptist Church and a retired RN from Evans Memorial Hospital.
Betty is preceded in death by a granddaughter, Shayna Coley, and her parents, Frank and Annie Bell Thrift.
SURVIVORS: her husband, Thornton (Buddy) Coley of Claxton; two sons, Shayne and Lane (Julie) Coley, both of Claxton; her twin sister, Bobbi (Wayne) Crider of Claxton; six grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
VISITATION: Monday, January 7, 2013, 9-10:00 a.m., at J. Mellie NeSmith Funeral Home.
FUNERAL: Monday, January 7, 2013, 11:00 a.m., grave side.
BURIAL: Evergreen Baptist Church Cemetery.
