Bonnie Parr Zeigler

CLAXTON: Bonnie “Brunell” Parr Zeigler, 84, passed away January 18, 2018 at Ogeechee Area Hospice House in Statesboro. She worked 25 years with University of Georgia Skidaway Island – Skidaway Inst. of Oceangraphy, nine years with Atlantic Coastline Rail Road as a Switch Operator. She was preceded by brothers and sisters.

SURVIVORS: husband, David W. Zeigler; son, Rodney (Wendy) Zeigler of Collins; daughter, Charlotte (Donald) Bebout of New Mexico; two brothers, Billy Ray Parr and Mac Parr; two sisters, Rosalyn Nealy and Shelby Jean Petty; three grandchildren, David (Kelly) Zeigler, Angela (Michael) Smith and Matthew Curtis and five great-grandsons.


VISITATION: Monday, January 22, 2018, 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. at Mellie NeSmith Funeral Home.

FUNERAL: Monday, January 22, 2018, 10:00 a.m. at Mellie NeSmith Funeral Home Chapel.


BURIAL: Monday, January 22, 2018, 1:00 pm. at Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Glennville, Georgia
