Charles R Odom

CLAXTON: Charles Remer Odom, 76, passed away at his residence in Claxton. He was a native and lifelong resident of Evans County and a member of Union Baptist Church. He retired from Glennville Ready Mix. He loved to watch wrestling. He was preceded in death by his parents, Sara Jane and T.O. Odom, sister, Margie Rich, and a brother Prentice Odom.
SURVIVORS: One brother, Owen Odom, and Nioka of Metter; one sister, Sara Lou (Van) Thigpen of Mt. Vernon; and several nieces and nephews.
VISITATION: Saturday, June 27, at 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.
FUNERAL: Saturday, June 27, 11:00 a.m. graveside at Holland Cemetery
BURIAL: Holland Cemetery
