CLAXTON: Chase Coley, 30, passed away July 18, 2019, at Fairview Park Hospital in Dublin, GA. He was a resident of Evans County for most of his life.
Chase was preceded in death by his mother, Marie Brown Coley; his sister, Shayna Coley; his grandfather, Thad Brown; and his grandparents, Buddy and Betty Coley.
SURVIVORS: his father, Shane Coley of Claxton; his brother, Taylor Coley of Claxton; step-sister, Paityn Alexia Marks of Pembroke; grandmother, Shirley Brown of Walterboro, S.C., and several other relatives.
VISITATION: Thursday, July 25, 2019, 10:30 a.m., at J. Mellie NeSmith Funeral Home.
FUNERAL: Thursday, July 25, 2019, 11:00 a.m., at J. Mellie NeSmith Funeral Home Chapel.
BURIAL: Evergreen Baptist Church Cemetery.
