Dorothy Butler Arnold

CLAXTON: Dorothy Butler Arnold, 95, passed away January 18, 2018, at the Griffin House Assisted Living in Claxton. She was a native of Douglasville, Georgia, and moved to Evans County in 1989. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church. Mrs. Arnold was preceded in death by her husband, Julian Arnold.

SURVIVORS: one son, Jim Arnold of Claxton; two daughters, Nancy Daniel and Carol Ann (Dennis) Fischer, all of Claxton; seven grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

VISITATION: Sunday, January 21, 2018, 1-2:00 p.m., at J. Mellie NeSmith Funeral Home.

FUNERAL: Sunday, January 21, 2018, 2:00 p.m., at J. Mellie NeSmith Funeral Home Chapel.
