Edward Francis Adamczyk

OBITUARY



CLAXTON: Edward Francis Adamczyk, 61, died February 16, 2015, at Ogeechee
Area Hospice after an extended battle with cancer. He was a native of
Panama Canal Zone, Panama but lived in Evans County most of his life. He
was a retired salesman from Claxton Poultry after 19 years. He was an avid
golfer and three time club champion at Evans Heights Golf Club.

Mr. Adamczyk was preceded in death by his parents, Aloysious "Mr. A" and
Betty Jean Adamczyk, a brother, Gerald and sister, Catherine.

SURVIORS: Fiancee, Denise Crews of Claxton; brother, Gary L. & (Gloria)
Adamczyk of Thomasville, NC, several nieces and nephews.

VISITATION: Wednesday, February 18, 2015 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. at J. Mellie
NeSmith Funeral Home.
