OBITUARY
CLAXTON: Eloise Ussery, 96, passed away April 12, 2014, at Camellia Health and Rehab. She was a native of Montocello, Florida, but had resided in Evans County for more than 30 years. She was a member of Daisy United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Ussery was preceded in death by her husband, Jim Ussery and two daughters, Elda Naomi Dyer and Aileen Ashton.
SURVIORS:one son, Louis Griffis of Claxton; three daughters, Mary Collier, Nadine Harrison and Gail Coburn, all of Florida; one sister, Lucille Howard of Florida; 14 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
VISITATION: Thursday, April 17, 2014, from 10-11:00 a.m., at J. Mellie NeSmith Funeral Home.
FUNERAL: Thursday, April 17, 2014, 11:00 a.m., at J. Mellie NeSmith Funeral Home Chapel.
BURIAL: 1:00 p.m., at Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Glennville, GA.
