OBITUARY
CLAXTON: Elton Ricky Todd, 65, passed away at his home August 22, 2013. The Evans County native was of the Baptist Faith. He retired from the Georgia Department of Corrections, he graduated from Claxton High School in 1967 and from Swainsboro Tech. Mr. Todd was an amazing carpenter and also loved to fish and piddle. He was preceded in death by his parents Elton Rudolph and Lois Odom Todd.
SURVIVORS: daughter; Yvette Todd Crooke-Avera (Dante) of Pensacola, Fla., son; Gregory (Ashley) Todd of Newnan Ga., two sisters; Gail Todd Stubbs of Glennville Ga. and Linda Todd of Claxton, Seven granddaughters and several nieces and a nephew.
VISITATION: Sunday, August 25, 2013, 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. at J. Mellie NeSmith Funeral Home.
FUNERAL: Sunday, August 25, 2013, 2:00 p.m. at J. Mellie NeSmith Funeral Home Chapel.
