Harriett "Marcille" Hayes

CLAXTON: Marcille Hayes, 78, passed away August 31, 2017, at her residence. The Evans County native was a member of the First Baptist Church. She was a hairdresser for a number of years and also worked in the floral business.
Marcille was preceded in death by her parents, F.C. and Lucille Dyess.

SURVIVORS: her husband, Pete Hayes of Claxton; one son, Scott (Julie) Hayes of Midway, GA; one daughter, Kristi Franco of Savannah; one sister, Betty (Bill) Moore of Winter Haven, FL; two nephews, Matt and Craig Moore; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

VISITATION: Saturday, September 2, 2017, 5-7:00 p.m.., at J. Mellie NeSmith Funeral Home.

FUNERAL: Sunday, September 3, 2017, 2:00 p.m., at J. Mellie NeSmith Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Bill Perry officiating.

BURIAL: Brewton Cemetery, Hagan, GA.
