CLAXTON: Harvey Bloyce Waters, 58, passed away at St. Joseph Hospital in Savannah. The Evans County native lived here all of his life and also served in the U.S. Army. He was preceded in death by his parents Raleigh “Dick” and Melrose Waters.
SURVIVORS: daughter; Priscilla (Eric) Garrison of Claxton, son; Harvey “Ashley” Waters of Hinesville, two brothers; Lewis (Dianne) Waters, Lester (Laura) Waters, sister; Elizabeth Ann Waters all of Claxton, two grandchildren, Kara and Karly Garrison of Claxton and several nieces and nephews. His lifelong Companion, Charlene Perry of Claxton
