OBITUARY
CLAXTON: Helen S. Craft, 77, passed away September 24, 2013 at Memorial Health University. She was a member of Gospel Baptist Church and a very active member of her church. Helen was born in Eastanollee, Ga. she lived in Claxton most of her adult life. She was a homemaker, seamstress and loved flowers. She was preceded in death by her husband James M. Craft and son James T. Craft.
SURVIVORS: two daughters, Ramona (Tommy) McBride and Rhonda Fox all of Claxton; one brother Willis (Doris) Simmons of Eastanollee, Ga.; sisters Mary Thompson Norma (Dennis) Brewer all of Toccoa Ga.; four grandchildren; Derrick (Jill) McBride, Valerie (Clay) Tippins, Jessica (Travis) Hendrix of Claxton and Amber (Errnie) Collins of Swainsboro; several great-grandchildren nieces and nephews.
VISITATION: Thursday, September 26, 2013; 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at J. Mellie NeSmith Funeral Home.
FUNERAL: Friday, September 27, 2013; 11:00 a.m. at Gospel Baptist Church.
BURIAL: Brewton Cemetery
