OBITUARY
CLAXTON: Janet Conley Nettles, 48, died Tuesday, April 15, 2014, at Candler Hospital in Savannah, after a long illness. The Evans County native was of Baptist faith. She was a graduate of Claxton High School. Janet loved working with her flowers and was very creative. She was a wonderful cook and loved her animals.
Janet was preceded in death by her father, Robert H. Conley, Sr., and a brother, Joey S. Conley.
SURVIVORS: her husband, Lewis Nettles of Claxton; her mother, Cordie B. Conley of Daisy; two sons, Kevin and Brandon Boyette of Claxton; one step-daughter, Connie (Pete) Merrill of Claxton; one brother, Harold (Gwen) Conley of Blackcreek; three sisters, Sandra (Rev. Caron) Harn of Grand Ridge, FL., Lynn (Rand) Gay of Claxton and Lisa (Mark) McClure of Dahlonega, GA; one grandson, Azare Boyette of Fateville, N.C.; and several nieces and nephews.
VISITATION: Friday, April 18, 2014, 10-11:00 a.m., at J. Mellie NeSmith Funeral Home.
FUNERAL: Friday, April 18, 2014, 11:00 a.m., at J. Mellie NeSmith Funeral Home Chapel.
BURIAL: Bull Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
