CLAXTON: Joan Jones Stanford, 76, passed away July 12, 2014 at Glenvue Nursing Home. She was a native of Chatham County, a member of Eastside Baptist Church and a homemaker and lived in Claxton since 1968. She was preceded by her husband Edward Stanford, Sr.
SURVIORS: son; Ed and Cynthia Stanford, two brothers, Robert and Dennis Jones both of Savannah. one grandchild Mason Stanford.
VISITATION: Monday, July 14, 2014 12:00p.m. - 2:p.m. at J. Mellie NeSmith Funeral.
FUNERAL: Monday, July 14, 2014 2:00 p.m. at J. Mellie NeSmith Funeral Home Chapel.
