OBITUARY

CLAXTON: John Vernon Rogers 68 Passed away May 8, 2014 at Douglas County Hospital. He was born July 27, 1945 to William Harold and Dollie Futch Rogers. He served his country in the US Army. He was preceded in death by his Parents, a sister Grace Boyd, Brother William H Rogers Jr. Nephew Keith Farrow.
SURVIORS: His wife of 31 years Betty G. Rogers, Daughter Kim Kenady, Son Shannon Rogers, and Grandson/Son Shane Rogers. Two sisters Hilda (Sam) Farrow, Laverne Crosby, A brother Theron (Tarry) Rogers, Sister in law Connie Rogers, Brother in law Jackie (Anne) Green. Several Nieces and Nephews.
Visitation Saturday May 10 2014 10 to 11A.M. at J Mellie NeSmith Funeral Home
Funeral Services in the Funeral home chapel at 11A.M. with Reverend Gordon Goodwill and Aubrey Corbitt.
Pallbearers will be Nephews.
Burial: Brewton’s Cemetery.
