OBITUARY
CLAXTON: Karen Marjorie Rhoden, 62, passed away Thursday Nov 6, 2014 at Camelia Health and Rehabilitation Center. Karen was born in Okinawa and lived her childhood there. She moved to Evans County with her family in 1966 and attended school at Claxton High School. She lived for a brief time in Statesboro and Ludowici before coming back to Claxton. Karen has been a resident at Camellia Health and Rehab since 2010. Karen was a loving sister who truly cared about other people, especially family. She was known among her family and friends for her generosity with her cross stitch gifts and her elaborate Christmas ornaments. Her family members rejoice in her reunion with her parents and most of aher Heavenly Father. She was preceded in death by her parents, Marjorie Glisson and Smith Rhoden.
